The Fall Before Flight

from $15.00

In this piece, I wanted to capture the moment where divinity collides with desire. The figure stands between worlds; flesh and flame, sky and shadow; anchored by those dark, sprawling wings that feel more like a confession than an ornament. I painted him with the same intensity I felt while imagining the scene; the heat of the ground beneath him, the storm curling open behind him, and the quite power of a body that refuses to apologize for existing. This is my vision of a fallen angel not as a warning, but as a reminder; beauty, danger, and freedom often come from the same place.
